怎樣做餃子

 

A:我 在中國的時候,在朋友家或者在飯館,他們經常用餃子招待    

      我,我非常喜歡吃餃子,可是我不會做,你能教我嗎?

B:當然可以,配料都有嗎?

A:我想都有了,我從中國城買了餃子皮豬肉末,白菜,大蔥,還要別的嗎?

B:  差不多了。如果你喜歡,我們可以在裏放一些,讓味道更好。

A:好極了,我去拿點蝦來。

B:  第一件事就是要把白菜,蔥,姜和蝦切碎…., 現在把它們放在大攪拌盆裏,加上三湯勺醬油,一點油,一點鹽,攪拌均勻,哎,你用味精嗎?

A:我不用,恐怕我家裏沒有味精,味精很重要嗎?

B不重要。好,我們現在來包餃子。

A是不是要把餡放在餃子皮上,然後起來?

B:沒錯,你看我怎麽做,把餃子皮起來,沿邊緣擠壓,再沿著邊打幾個小折確保餡不出來,就行了。

A真棒,我來試試,這個餃子怎麽樣?

B:好极了,我給你一个优減

A:爲什麽?

B:因爲你的速度慢,如果一分鐘包15-20個餃子,我就給你

A:要是那樣,我就是你的老師了!!!
