第三课   在饭馆儿       Part I

 

 

I. 语法练习 (12 min.)

 

1. the Topic-Comment sentence structure

       教师提问:

        1) 法语/日语/德语, etc. …你会说吗?   2) 纽约的中国城你去过吗?

        3) 你吃过糖醋鱼/红烧牛肉/凉拌黄瓜, etc. 吗?

 

       学生互问:

         1) 你注册手续办完了吗?

         2) Have you been to boys’/ girls’ dorms?

         3) Do you know that student who comes from Washington?

 

2. 只好+verb

        1) 学校餐厅的饭不怎么好吃,所以我__________

        2) 飞机票比较贵, 所以约翰__________

        3) 音乐会的票都卖完了,所以柯林__________

       

3.  正好+(/)verb

        1) 我请同屋一起去看歌剧,可是他/__________

        2) A: 你能借给我一块钱吗?

            B:  对不起,我__________Or 没问题,我__________

        3) 翻译:I was born in Minnesota, and my roommate happens to be

                        born in Minnesota too.

       

4. 原来 (originally; formerly)

     1)  教师提问:你现在住在校内还是校外?原来呢?

     2)  翻译:I used to eat in the school’s cafeteria, but the food there was  

                      terrible, so now I cook myself.

 

5. 原来 (as it turns out …)

     1)  王朋今天没来上课,__________

     2)  红烧牛肉她一点儿都没吃,__________

 

II. 生词、表达法练习 (18 min.)

 

1.  (doing something) 拿手 ( to be good/adept at doing …)

    学生互问:什么是你的拿手菜?你做什么很拿手?

 

2.    (= 餐,measure word for meals)

    教师提问:人一般一天吃几顿饭?  你呢?

   

3.   (to pick up someone) and  (to meet someone)

     ΰ  / (place ) (someone)   and    / (place ) (someone)

     1)   我明天要去__________

     2)上个周末我在__________

 

4.    (to follow, go along with …)

    ΰ Useful expression: 请跟我来/走。  Please follow me.

    ΰ   someone (place ) (to do)   vs   someone (place ) (to do)  

     1)小时候 , 妈妈常常__________ 

     2)我的同屋没有车,所以我__________

     3)新生常常__________

   

5.  duration time + 以后

    ΰ 1. [past] …later ;        2. [future] … from now, in … = 过几天/,etc. 

    1) _________,柯林上完了课,开车离开了学校。

    2) 1994年约翰去了中国。 _________,他回到了美国。

    3) 听同学说,_________我们会有一个很难的中文考试。

 

6. A+ verb + B, B …

    Translation:  Zhang Tianming called Colin, asked if he wanted to go along to

                        Chinatown to eat. from the text

    1) __________给男/女朋友,问__________

    2) __________给我的父母,问__________

    3) 我给______写了email,问__________

     

7.  (action/state) 已经 (duration time) 了。

     (It has been [for some time] since someone started doing something.)

       教师提问:

         1) 你住在校内还是校外?你住在校内/外已经多久了?

         2) 明大开学已经多久了?                  

       学生互问:

         1) How long has it been since you started studying Chinese?

         2) How long has it been since the class began?

 

III.  课文练习: 朗读课文,回答问题 (参看Text Prep Sheet(10 min.)

 

IV. 综合练习 :   Role play“我请客”(10 min.)

 

 

       1.  两人一组,先准备,再抽学生表演。

           A 是新生,觉得学校餐厅的饭难吃得很。他/她不知道怎么办。

          B是老生,对学校附近的餐馆儿很熟悉。他/她给A介绍一家

             很好的中国餐馆,还请A跟她一起去吃饭。
